Monday, May 8th was a pretty laid back day. After taking a bit of a cloudy day walk on Kam I, II & III, we decided to just relax at the condo and take a ride to Paia in the afternoon. One of our favorite spots there (after Bill and Tara discovered it last year) is the Flatbread Company. While there are branches of this clay oven pizza place in other States, this one uses fresh Maui grown ingredients.

So, a late lunch and a couple beers it was. Lahainatown Brown Ale is one of our favorites, and it's hard to find outside of one of Maui Brewing's own establishments.

Lunch was Mopsy's Kahlua Pork Pizza. Outstanding.

After walking around Paia and visiting a lot of the shops, we headed to Ho'okipa to watch some
surfing and check out these visitors on the beach.
