Below you'll find my personal packing list.  I've included a few ladies items.  I'm sure you'll come up with more on your own(you know you better).  Just don't overpack.  A few notes:  The duct tape is for any suitcase problems (tears, zippers, etc.).  Off is for the Road to Hana, in case you want to hike into the rainforest.  I've heard the mosquitos can get obnoxious, although I've never run into that.  You can keep the numbers of clothing items down, because your condo will be equipped with a washer and dryer.  I explained the Columbia jacket in "Sunrise on Hale Akala."   Obviously, the carry-on items (denoted with *) are things you'll either want while on the plane, or things you'll need in the event your checked bags get lost.  PS- If you'd rather not pack so much, toiletries and all of the non-carry-on items are available for purchase.  You may pay a little more for them, so you decide which is more important, and where to save space.  Take into account, you'll want to save room for souvenirs on the return, and extra baggage fees ain't cheap.
